Since opening Steven P. Elkins Architects Inc. in 1981, Steve has held the role of principal for 25 years. His abilities to establish and maintain project budgets, negotiate contracts, administer and coordinate projects have been instrumental in producing consisten on-time and on-budget results for many of his clients. Steve is a registered architect in the states of Washington, Utah, Oregon, Alaska, and Montana and is a proud member of the American Institute of Architects.
